提出天然化合物的成药性是基于天然产物的创新药物研发的关键科学问题。综述提高天然化合物成药性的关键技术。查阅国内外文献,并运用分析归纳总结方法。纳米粒、微球、微囊、脂质体、包合物、复合物、渗透泵、透皮、靶向递释技术,前体药物设计等在改进天然化合物的理化性质、体内分布和动力学性质方面应用广泛,有助于提高天然化合物的成药性。
