【目的】探讨血清中同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine ,Hcy)及其与之代谢相关的维生素B12及叶酸水平与脑梗死的关系,为临床中早期筛查脑卒中高危人群血清H cy水平提供必要的理论依据。【方法】选取2013年1~12月本院住院及门诊993例脑梗死患者为研究对象,另选1169例健康体检者为对照组。采用化学发光免疫分析法测定被检者血清 Hcy ,同时检测其血清维生素B12和叶酸水平。【结果】研究组血清 Hcy水平明显高于对照组,且两组相比较差异有显著性( P <0.05);两组在不同 Hcy水平(16~30μmol/L ,31~50μmol/L ,>50μmol/L )的分布不同( P <0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组血清维生素B12和叶酸水平明显较低,且两组相比较差异有显著性( P <0.05)。相关性分析发现,脑梗死患者中血清 Hcy水平与维生素B12及叶酸呈负相关( P < 0.05)。【结论】血清Hcy水平与脑梗死之间有一定的关系,对于脑卒中的高危人群应该及时监测血清 Hcy水平,并且可以适当补充维生素B12和叶酸等降低 Hcy水平,预防缺血性卒中的发生。“,”Objective]To explore the relationship of homocysteine(Hcy) ,vitamin B12 and folate with cerebral infarction in order to provide some theoretical basis for the early screening of serum Hcy in high‐risk population of stoke in clinical practice .[Methods]Totally 993 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from Jan .2013 to Dec .2013 were chosen as the study subjects .Other 1169 healthy subjects were chosen as control group .Chemilu‐minescence immunoassay method was used to detect serum Hcy .Meanwhile serum levels of vitamin B12 and folate were measured .[Results]Serum Hcy in study group was obviously higher than that in control group ,and there was significant difference between two groups( P 50 μmol/L) was various( P<0 .05) .Compared with control group ,ser‐um levels of vitamin B12 and folate in study group were decreased obviously ,and there was significant difference between two groups( P<0 .05) .The correlation analysis showed that serum Hcy was negatively related with ser‐um levels of vitamin B12 and folate in patients with cerebral infarction .[Conclusion]Serum Hcy has the association with cerebral infarction .For the high‐risk population of stroke ,promptly monitoring serum Hcy and lowering Hcy by the proper supplement of vitamin B12 and folate may prevent the incidence of ischemic stroke .
