随着中国经济的告诉发行,生活水平不断提高,人们生活和工作中对电的要求越来越高,电力企业不断被人们重视,电力企业也在生存和发展中不断优化、改革,而店里企业是挑战与机遇并存的,其中电力企业中用什么样的薪酬政策来提高员工的工作效率则是其中的关键,这个问题也是中高层管理人员需要深入思考的问题,在本文中,作者结合电力企业的特点,分析并提出电力企业中存在的一些问题,根据岗位的不同来指定公平合理的薪酬政策和计算方法,以最优的方式提高员工的工作效率,并满足其最迫切的需求,使员工工作的积极性大大提升。
As China’s economy tells the public about the issue of living standard, people’s living standard and work ethic demand are getting higher and higher. Power companies are constantly paying attention to them, and power companies constantly optimize and reform in their survival and development. Enterprises are both challenges and opportunities. Among them, what kind of compensation policies are used in electric power enterprises to improve staff’s work efficiency is the key issue. This problem is also a problem that middle and top management need to think deeply. In this paper, Analyze and propose some problems existing in power enterprises, design fair and reasonable remuneration policies and calculation methods according to different positions, and improve employees’ work efficiency in an optimal way and meet their most urgent needs so that Staff enthusiasm for work greatly enhanced.
