目前进行质量管理存在纵横向问题,即站在纵向角度,由于施工现场质量信息收集不全面,一方面不能很好指导现场工人具体施工,实施工序实时操作监控,另一方面在产生施工质量问题后,各参与方不能迅速形成统一解决方案;站在横向角度,没有从项目递归分解的角度出发,考虑组织与组织环境的关系、组织内部同层级与不同层级之间的平衡、目前质量管理与未来质量问题产生等。引入活性系统,构建基于BIM技术与AR技术的施工质量活性系统管理模型,将项目进行递归分解,从工序、分项工程、分部工程、单位工程角度进行更加全面、完善、系统的施工现场质量管理。
