西北黄土高原的水土流失,是造成黄河下游泛滥和上中游土地贫瘠的主要原因之一。水土保持是消除黄河灾害、提高单位产量的基本问题。董志原是西北广大黄土高原区极小的部份。西北黄河工程局准备在这里开始退行重点示范。本文特介绍董志原上水土流失的情况和群众对水土流失的斗争经验,希望读者对这一工作广泛的开展讨论,提供意见。
Soil and water loss in the northwestern Loess Plateau is one of the main causes of flooding in the lower reaches of the Yellow River and barren land in the upper and middle reaches. Soil and water conservation is to eliminate the Yellow River disaster and improve the basic unit output. Dong Zhiyuan is a very small part of the vast Loess Plateau in the northwestern part of China. Northwest Yellow River Engineering Bureau is ready to begin to degenerate key demonstration here. This article introduces the situation of soil and water loss in Dong Zhiyuan and the people’s experience in soil and water loss. We hope readers will discuss and give advice on this issue extensively.
