KZL4-13链条炉排卧式快装锅炉的煤渣是由螺旋出渣器送走的。出渣器底部轴承的结构如图1,在使用中发现橡皮垫圈无法阻挡煤渣的浸入,致使轴和轴承很快磨损,出渣器内的水从底部流出使出渣器下半部全部浸泡在水内,腐蚀严重。现设想搞了只水静压轴承。图2为水静压轴承系统原理图。水由水泵泵出,一路经过节流器进入轴承水腔把轴抬起,水再从封水面进入水槽流出;另一路水经过阀门把压力控制在2~3大气压(0.2~0.3MPa)内,然后进入轴承体内的4个孔,再从轴承端面喷出,挡住煤渣的浸入。结构如图3。经过观察和一段时间的运行,该设想是可行的,对延长设备的寿命,减少维修起到了一定的作用。
