随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,我国酒店企业的经济发展与服务工作模式也在被不断改进与完善,而在未来的酒店管理工作中,不断加强酒店服务优化工作的战略质量就是未来酒店服务质量控制的主要发展方向,通过对酒店服务质量控制工作的专业管理程度的改良与创新,来完善酒店服务质量控制工作的全面管理及高端服务措施,为我国的酒店服务质量控制管理做出全面经验的借鉴。本文通过分析我国酒店工作发展的历史及服务的优化工作发展现状,分析我国酒店行业在进行个性化的服务过程中存在的问题与现象,探究改良酒店服务质量及个性化的优化工作的手段与措施。
