目的建立顶空-毛细柱气相色谱法测定化妆品中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯(邻、间、对)、苯乙烯和异丙苯的检测方法。方法确立该检测方法的实验条件,对气相色谱条件如色谱柱的选择、色谱分析条件的选择及顶空条件如水浴平衡温度、平衡时间进行实验研究。结果在优化的实验条件下,8种物质能得到很好分离,8种物质在10~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数>0.999,方法的检测限为0.22~0.25mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.4%~3.2%,加标回收率在83.0%~112.0%之间。结论顶空-毛细柱气相色谱法操作简便,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,重现性好,适合于化妆品中微量苯系物的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (ortho, meta, para), styrene and cumene in cosmetics by headspace - capillary gas chromatography. Methods The experimental conditions of this method were established. The conditions of GC, such as the choice of chromatographic column, the choice of chromatographic conditions and the headspace conditions such as equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time of water bath were studied. Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, the eight substances were well separated. The linearity of the eight substances in the range of 10-1000 μg / L was good with the correlation coefficient> 0.999. The detection limit of the method was 0.22 ~ 0.25 mg / kg, The standard deviation was 0.4% ~ 3.2%, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 83.0% to 112.0%. Conclusion Headspace - capillary gas chromatography is simple and convenient to operate, has high sensitivity, wide linear range and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of trace benzene series in cosmetics.
