5个天然马尾松群体同功酶表型研究结果表明,不同生长势水平的个体Aap-1位点上Aap-1d基因频率,表出优势木水平小于平均术水平的变化规律。典型判别分析进一步证实不同生长势水平个体间Aap-1位点Aap-1d基因频率有极显著性差异,并基本上划分为二个类群。最后把含有Aap-1d基因的单株归为一类,不含有Aap-1d基因的单株归为另一类,作树高、胸径的方差分析,同样表明,树高生长有明显差异,而胸径生长则无差异。结果说明Aap-1d基因与马尾松树高生长有关。可以推测Aap-1d基因附近紧密连锁了一些不利于马尾松树高生长的基因。
The results of isoenzyme phenotype in five natural populations showed that the frequency of Aap-1d gene in Aap-1 loci of individuals with different growth potential showed that the dominant wood level was less than the average level. The typical discriminant analysis further confirmed that Aap-1d gene frequencies were significantly different among individuals with different growth potential levels and were divided into two groups. Finally, the individuals that contained the Aap-1d gene were grouped into one group. The individuals that did not contain the Aap-1d gene were classified into another group and analyzed for variance of tree height and DBH. The results also showed that there was a significant difference in tree height growth, No difference in DBH growth. The results showed that the Aap-1d gene was related to the high growth of Pinus massoniana. It can be speculated that the Aap-1d gene is closely linked to a number of genes that are detrimental to the high growth of Pinus massoniana.
