目的了解新生儿监护病房(NICU)的早产儿出院后母亲的育儿需求。方法采用质性研究法,在早产儿出院后1周左右利用电话访谈的方式对18名母亲进行深度访谈,并在早产儿出院时加入微信群,进行集体访谈,了解早产儿母亲的育儿需求。结果早产儿母亲缺乏育儿知识,在基本技能方面知识欠缺,因此希望医护人员通过多种途径传授育儿知识、技能,给予支持方面的援助。结论早产儿,尤其是极低、超低出生体质量儿出院后,母亲存在更多的育儿问题,需要了解早产儿母亲育儿需求,为早产儿母亲制定有针对性的出院前健康教育提供理论依据。
Objectives To understand mothers’ need for childbearing after discharge from premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). METHODS: A qualitative study was conducted to interview 18 mothers for in-depth interviews about preterm infants about 1 week after discharge and join the WeChat group on discharge from preterm infants to conduct collective interviews to understand the needs of mothers with premature infants. Results Mothers in premature infants lack knowledge of child-rearing and lack of knowledge in basic skills. Therefore, it is hoped that health-care workers can provide child-rearing knowledge, skills and support in various ways. Conclusion Preterm infants, especially those with very low birth weight and low birth weight, have more mothers after they leave the hospital, and need to understand the needs of mothers in premature infants and provide a theoretical basis for the development of targeted pre-discharge health education for premature infants .
