基层医院是我国的医疗第一线,而其急诊科更是重中之重。护理是急诊中的一个重要的组成部分。目前基层医院急诊科的护理人员普遍专业素质不高,缺乏基本的护理理念,没有法律风险意识,影响急诊科的整体效率,已经成为基层医院急诊科医疗纠纷高发的原因之一。为了重塑基层医院的品牌,打造急诊的优质护理,本文通过分析急诊护理中存在的缺陷,阐述了提高护理质量,保障医疗安全的各项改进措施,期待我国基础医院急诊科的护理队伍能够焕发出新的光彩,守护人们生命的第一线。
Grass-roots hospitals are the first line of medical care in China, and their emergency departments are even more important. Nursing is an important part of emergency care. At present, the nursing staff of primary hospitals in the emergency department generally have low professional quality, lack of basic nursing concepts, and lack of awareness of legal risk, which affects the overall efficiency of the emergency department. This has become one of the reasons for the high incidence of medical disputes in the emergency department of primary hospitals. In order to reshape the brand of primary hospitals and create high-quality care for emergency care, this article analyzes the shortcomings in emergency care, and elaborates various improvement measures to improve the quality of care and ensure medical safety. It is expected that the nursing teams in the emergency department of basic hospitals in our country can be rejuvenated. New brilliance, guarding the first line of people’s lives.
