肉毒中毒是由肉毒杆菌外毒素引起的一种中毒性疾病。我国于1958年证实所谓“察布查尔病”是锡伯族人食用一种叫做“米送乎乎”的面酱半成品引起的肉毒中毒。其后,在新疆(主要是北疆地区)汉族居民中因食用家制发酵豆、面制品(臭豆腐、豆酱、豆豉、面酱等)而引起肉毒中毒的事件常有发生,成为当地一种主要的食物中毒性疾患。除新疆外,二十余年来宁夏、内蒙、山东、陕西、甘肃、四川、西藏、青海、河北、河南、黑龙江、吉林、湖北等省、区也相继有发生本病的报道。从近三十年来一些国家文献报道的例数来看,我国肉毒中毒的病例已为数不少。与传染病及其他多发病相比,本病在我国发病串虽然不高,伹其初诊误诊率高,每易因此失去救治机会而
