介绍一种用来分离及测定有机碳及元素碳的自动分析仪。分离是从无氧气氛中将元素碳用挥发法分离。在碳试样中经催化剂氧化成二氧化碳,再用红外线光谱测定仪来测定。试样引入自动分析仪中是用气动开关控制的,在无人照料的情况下,8小时可自动分析23个试样。使用这台仪器所测定的结果与其他方法比较是一致的。这个仪器可以直接分析柴油机汽车及工业排放气体的成分,只要加一个过滤器就行。本文还介绍了试验方法及试验结果的讨论。
An automatic analyzer for the separation and determination of organic carbon and elemental carbon. Separation is the elemental carbon from the oxygen-free atmosphere with volatile separation. In the carbon sample by the catalyst oxidized to carbon dioxide, and then measured by an infrared spectrometer. The introduction of the sample into the analyzer is controlled by a pneumatic switch, which automatically analyzes 23 samples in 8 hours without any care. The results measured using this instrument are consistent with those of other methods. This instrument can directly analyze diesel car and industrial exhaust gas composition, just add a filter on the line. This article also introduces the discussion of test methods and test results.
