使用聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合顺序特异的苷核苷酸(SSD)探针杂交方法分析HLA-DQB1等位基因与SLE的相关性。结果发现患者纽中DQB1*0601,DQB1*0602等位基因频率明显高于正常对照组,但校正P值后差异不显著。表明HLA-DQB1等位基因与汉族人SLE的关联不明显,而与DQ位点呈强连锁不平衡的DR位点或DR、DQ单倍型则可能与SLE的易感性密切相关。
The association of HLA-DQB1 alleles with SLE was analyzed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with sequence-specific glycoside (SSD) probe hybridization. The results showed that patients with New Zealand DQB1 * 0601, DQB1 * 0602 allele frequency was significantly higher than the normal control group, but the difference was not significantly corrected P value. It is indicated that there is no obvious association between HLA-DQB1 allele and Han’s SLE. However, the DR locus or DR and DQ haplotypes which have strong linkage disequilibrium with DQ may be closely related to the susceptibility to SLE.
