EF植物生长促进剂是中国林科院林化研究所与广东雷州林业局从桉树叶中提取出来的一种黄酮类的天然化合物.它能增强植物的光合作用,增加干物质积累,有一定的抑病能力.而且使用方便,可与农药杀虫剂和微生物杀虫剂农药混用,对人、畜无毒害.为了摸索EF植物生长促进剂对苗木的促进作用,1984年我们在建湖县苗圃进行了池杉幼苗叶面喷布EF植物生长促进剂试验,取得了良好结果.证明可以促进苗木的生长,而且用量少,成本低,效益显著.一、材料和方法池杉种源来自湖北云梦县,EF植物生长促进剂(下用“EF”代替),为中国林科院林化所与广东雷州林业局共同试制.试验采用裂区田间设计,重复四次;喷雾次数置于主区,分喷雾一次和二次作主处理.分别以甲、乙符号代替,共有八组主处理,试验用“EF”浓度为150、200、250、300ppm,加上一组对照,共有五个处理,置于副区,这样副处理共有四十组,喷雾时间第一次为6月15日,第二次为8月7日,并要求喷后12小时内无雨.12月2日对试验区苗木的高度和地径进行了全部实测,对测定结果进行两因素裂区方差和多重检验.二、结果和分析应用150、200、250、300ppm四种浓度的“EF”对池杉幼苗叶面喷雾一次或两次后,对照和处理的苗高、地径生长量见表1.
