Hi-B和GO硅钢片的磁畴,其晶面(110)与轧面偏离不同角度后,其形态发生不同程度的变化。依据形态的特征,按畴宽对磁畴进行分类:0.15mm以下的畴称为细畴;0.15~0.25mm的畴称为中间畴;0.25mm以上的畴称为宽畴。分析这三种畴的分布情况,可半定量地确定Hi-B和GO面硅钢片铁损和磁感,并对压张力有利于磁性的事实提供一定的依据。
Hi-B and GO silicon steel magnetic domain, the crystal plane (110) and the rolling surface deviation from different angles, the shape of varying degrees of change. According to morphological features, domains are categorized by domain widths: domains of 0.15 mm or smaller are called fine domains; domains of 0.15-0.25 mm are termed intermediate domains; and domains of 0.25 mm or more are termed broad domains. By analyzing the distribution of these three kinds of domains, the iron loss and magnetic induction of Hi-B and GO-face silicon steel sheets can be semi-quantitatively determined, and the basis for the fact that the tension is beneficial to magnetism is provided.
