叶片挤出机是基于拉伸流变的新型塑化加工设备,具有加工热历程短,分散混合效果好等特点。通过叶片挤出机制备TPU/PLA共混体系,可以减少两相体系共混物的加工热历程,保持了PLA和TPU良好的生物可降解功能,通过研究TPU增韧PLA复合材料的性能,结果表明:随着TPU含量的增加,复合材料的韧性明显得到提高,当TPU的质量分数达到40%时,复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度达到最大值。通过观察复合材料的微观结构,可知在复合材料的内部产生了拉“丝”的现象,从而解释了复合材料韧性的提高。
The blade extruder is a new type of plasticizing processing equipment based on stretching rheology, which has the characteristics of short processing heat history and good dispersing and mixing effects. TPU / PLA blends prepared by blade extruder can reduce the processing heat history of blends of two-phase system, maintain the good biodegradable function of PLA and TPU, and study the properties of toughened PLA composites by TPU. Results The results show that with the increase of TPU content, the toughness of the composites increases obviously. When the mass fraction of TPU reaches 40%, the elongation at break and the impact strength reach the maximum. By observing the microstructure of the composite material, it is known that the “wire” phenomenon is generated in the composite material, thereby explaining the improvement of the toughness of the composite material.
