目的探讨氮气等离子体注入(PⅢ)改性聚醚醚酮(PEEK)植入材料对其生物学活性的影响。方法利用等离子注入技术制备氮气PⅢ改性PEEK材料,SEM观察改性材料的表面形貌;MG-63成骨细胞与PEEK试件共培养测定PⅢ改性材料对MG-63成骨细胞的粘附、增殖的影响;SEM观察改性材料表面粘附的MG-63成骨细胞的形态。结果氮气注入PEEK改性材料的表面可见均匀分布、散在的纳米级颗粒状物质;细胞培养实验显示,氮气PⅢ改性组的细胞数量明显高于PEEK组;MG-63成骨细胞在改性材料表面的伸展性良好。结论氮气PⅢ改性促进了MG-63成骨细胞的粘附、增值,可显著提高PEEK植入材料的生物活性。
Objective To investigate the effect of nitrogen plasma injection (PⅢ) modified polyetheretherketone (PEEK) implant on the biological activity. Methods Nitrogen PⅢ modified PEEK material was prepared by plasma injection and the morphology of the modified material was observed by SEM. The co-culture of MG-63 osteoblast and PEEK specimen was used to determine the adhesion of PⅢ modified material to MG-63 osteoblasts , Proliferation; SEM observation of the surface morphology of modified MG-63 osteoblasts. Results The results showed that the number of cells in PⅢ-modified group was significantly higher than that in PEEK group. The number of MG-63 cells in modified materials Surface stretchability is good. Conclusion Nitrogen PⅢ modification promotes the adhesion and proliferation of MG-63 osteoblasts, which can significantly improve the bioactivity of PEEK implants.
