时下,舆论界一再提到美食,那就谈谈老人与“美食”吧。不过,这里的美食二字,是打有引号的,因为我不是说的每年花多少亿吃喝的那种美食;也不是说的那些穷奢极侈、山珍海味、雕龙刻凤的美食;更不是满汉全席、黄金宴、红楼宴、琼花宴等等的美食;也不是巧立名目、花样翻新、越贵越好、洋洋大观的美食节。我谈的是为了维护老人的健康,合理调配饮食,既适应老人生理需要,容易消化,又做得美味可口;既节约金钱,又不费时间,使老人欢度晚年的“美食”。
Nowadays, the media repeatedly referred to food, then talk about the elderly and “food”. However, the word food here is marked with quotation marks, because I am not saying the kind of food to eat and drink each year, how many million; also not to say those extravagant, delicacies, Diaolphe cuisine; more than Manchu seats, gold Feast, Red House Banquet, Qionghua Ban and so on the food; nor is the project name, tricks renovated, the more expensive the better, ocean-wide food festival. What I am talking about is that in order to safeguard the health of the elderly and rationally allocate their diets, we can not only meet the physiological needs of the elderly but are also easily digestible and delicately made. It not only saves money but also costs time, enabling the elderly to enjoy the “gourmet food” of old age.
