1996年是“九五”的第一年。全省各级档案部门和广大档案工作者,要以邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线、基本方针为指导,认真贯彻党的十四届四中、五中全会和全国档案工作暨表彰先进会议精神,贯彻省委七届三次、四次和五次全会精神,继续落实调整后的全省档案工作基本思路,跟上新形势,坚持抓大事,使档案工作更好地为省委经济发展总体思路和建设农业强省决策服务,为改革开放和以经济建设为中心的社会主义现代化建设事业服务。一、学习贯彻全国档案工作暨表彰先进会议和省委七届五次全会精神1995年12月11日至14日在北京召开的全国档案工作暨表彰先进会议,是一次承前启后的重要会议。
