IT治理是公司治理中关键的一个方面,是信息化建设、管理的科学理论与方法。本文通过中国石化多年的信息化实践,阐明有效地IT治理,对促进企业发展战略目标的实现,提高企业核心竞争力具有重要的现实意义和指导作用。从中国石化IT治理的认识和实践中,总结了中国石化IT治理的指导思想、基本框架,及在IT治理中的主要做法,获得的经验和取得的成效。当前,企业更加注重向信息化管理要效益,通过强化IT治理,能够推动企业信息化高效可持续发展,为企业战略目标的实现提供强有力的支撑 IT governance is one of the key aspects of corporate governance and is the scientific theory and method of information construction and management. This article, through many years of informatization practice of SINOPEC, illustrates that effective IT governance has important practical and guiding significance for promoting the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise development and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise. From the understanding and practice of Sinopec’s IT governance, this paper summarizes the guiding ideology, basic framework, the main practices in IT governance, the experience gained and the results achieved.
