国家开放大学作为一种新型大学,其最突出也就最根本的特点就是开放式教育,国家教育资源向所有受教育者开放,尽可能地将优质教育资源整合到一起,以便于更好地发展教育。作为基层电大,应该积极探索开放教育学分银行、课程超市的理念下,如何整合与利用好教育资源,以适应未来教育的发展,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。 As a new type of university, the most prominent and fundamental feature of the National Open University is its open education. The state education resources are open to all educated people and the best education resources can be brought together as much as possible so as to be better developed education. As a grassroots TVU, we should actively explore how to integrate and make good use of educational resources to adapt to the future development of education under the concept of credit-free-open-credit banking and supermarkets. This is an important issue before us.
