创新是时代发展的鲜明特征,是图书馆自身发展的原动力。公共图书馆是我国文化事业的重要组成部分,服务创新能力则是衡量公共图书馆服务社会水平的重要标准。我国公共图书馆服务创新能力薄弱,既有外部环境因素,也受到内部条件制约。本文通过对福州地区县级公共图书馆服务工作现状的分析,阐述了公共图书馆服务创新的必要性,找出了公共图书馆服务创新中存在的主要问题,提出县级图书馆开展服务创新的实践策略。
Innovation is a distinctive feature of the development of the times and a driving force for the development of libraries themselves. Public libraries are an important part of China’s cultural undertakings, and service innovation capability is an important criterion for measuring the social level of public libraries. China’s public library service innovation ability is weak, both external environmental factors, but also subject to internal constraints. Based on the analysis of the service status of county-level public libraries in Fuzhou, this paper expounds the necessity of service innovation in public libraries, identifies the main problems in the service innovation of public libraries, and puts forward the innovation of service innovation in county-level libraries Practical strategy.
