确定了一氧化二氮/乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱测定锆的条件。溶液中添加氟化铵和铁(Ⅲ)可以提高锆的吸收信号,并且消除或者显著降低各种共存元素的干扰。拟定了金属铪中少量锆(1%以上)的火焰原子吸收测定方法,测定结果的相对标准偏差不超过1%,方法简便、快速。
Determination of nitrous oxide / acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry zirconium conditions. The addition of ammonium fluoride and iron (III) to the solution can increase the zirconium absorption signal and eliminate or significantly reduce the interference of various coexisting elements. A flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of a small amount of zirconium (more than 1%) in hafnium metal was developed. The relative standard deviation of the determination results is less than 1%. The method is simple and rapid.
