1.绪言为了简化化学分析而制做的浸染和阅读(dip and read)试纸,因操作简便并能在短时间内测定为数较多的试样,已应用于临床化学检验中的尿和血液成份的筛选检测。此外,为环境、卫生管理等也已研制出测定各种离子的试纸。但在特异性、测定灵敏度及重现性等方面试纸法还存在着一些需要研究的问题。也就是说,用尿、血液、废水等做试样时,反应容易受到在这些试样中共存的类似物质、还原物质等的干扰,这就要求做出不受这些干扰物质影响的并具有更高特异性的试纸。另外,还有测定水、牛奶中的大肠杆菌群和其他细菌
