利用优质稻品种“宜香9303”在重庆市云阳县、忠县和南川市的地理分期播种试验资料和稻米蛋白质、氨基酸的实验室化验资料,采用逐段筛选的统计分析方法,研究了从齐穗前40 d到成熟期间气候条件对稻米蛋白质、氨基酸含量影响的关键时期和关键因子.结果表明:温度、日照时数影响的关键期在齐穗前35 d至齐穗阶段,温度日较差影响的关键时期在齐穗前10 d至齐穗后15 d.温度、日照时数与营养品质存在明显的抛物线关系,温度日较差与营养品质有明显的直线关系.
Using the high-quality rice variety “Yixiang 9303 ” in the geographical staging sowing test data and the laboratory test data of rice protein and amino acid in Yunyang County, Zhong County and Nanchuan City of Chongqing Municipality, The key period and key factor influencing the content of protein and amino acid in rice from 40 days before full heading were studied.The results showed that the key period of temperature and sunshine duration was between 35 days before heading and heading stage, The key period affected by the diurnal variation was between 10 days before heading and 15 days after heading. There was a clear parabola relationship between temperature, sunshine duration and nutritional quality. There was a clear linear relationship between temperature and nutrient quality.
