应用ABC酶标法,以菜豆凝集素和花生凝集素(PHA和PNA)作为糖蛋白的分子探针,对胃粘膜细胞癌变过程中糖蛋白的变化进行了回顾性的动态观察,探讨胃癌的发生发展规律。结果显示:胃癌组PHA和PNA受体表达,无论是癌变前还是癌变后均明显高于对照组。胃癌组癌变前后的PHA和PNA受体表达也明显不同,癌变后明显高于癌变前;而对照组前后两次PHA和PNA受体则均无差异。提示胃粘膜细胞癌变过程中伴随有糖蛋白质与量的改变,这种先于形态学变化的分子水平的改变对判断胃癌前病变和胃癌的早期诊断有着重要意义。
Using ABC enzyme-labeled method, bean lectin and peanut agglutinin (PHA and PNA) as molecular probes of glycoproteins, the changes of glycoproteins in gastric cancer cells were retrospectively observed, and the occurrence of gastric cancer was explored. Development Law. The results showed that the expression of PHA and PNA receptors in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that before and after canceration. The expression of PHA and PNA receptors in the gastric cancer group before and after canceration was also significantly different, and it was significantly higher after canceration than before canceration. There was no difference in PHA and PNA receptors before and after the control group. It is suggested that the change of glycoprotein and quantity is accompanied by the change of glycoprotein and quantity in the process of carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa. This change of molecular level prior to morphological changes is of great significance in the early diagnosis of gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer.
