通过225 KV工业CT设备,研究沥青混合料试件尺寸、集料岩性、成型方式对扫描成像质量的影响,对常用的沥青混合料马歇尔试件扫描参数进行优化。研究结果表明:试件尺寸越大,图像质量越差;花岗岩混合料最适合于后期图像处理分析;不同的成型方式对图像质量会产生一定影响。最后为马歇尔沥青混合料试件推荐了最佳的扫描参数组合,既能够提高扫描精度,也可以提高扫描效率。
Through the 225 KV industrial CT equipment, the influence of asphalt mixture specimen size, aggregate lithology and forming method on scanning imaging quality was studied, and the scanning parameters of commonly used asphalt mixture Marshall specimen were optimized. The results show that the bigger the size of the specimen is, the worse the image quality is. The granite mixture is most suitable for the later image processing and analysis. Different forming methods have certain influence on the image quality. Finally, the optimal combination of scanning parameters was proposed for Marshall asphalt samples, which not only can improve the scanning accuracy, but also improve the scanning efficiency.
