奈良医院眩晕专科,报导了104例眩晕患者的颅压测定结果.凡病因明确和耳源性眩晕患者均在正常范围.而病因不明的104例中,有55例呈低颅压(在100mmH_2O以下),在52例男性中有25例、52例女性中有30例,颅压与平均动脉血压有关,而与体质无关,许多患者并有神经官能症的主诉.一例53岁女患者,头重眩晕感已三年,起立时则加重,检查除平衡机能异常外未发现特殊,颅压40mmH_2O,(CT)检查见额部的蜘网膜下腔明显
