本研究利用对213名10—19岁健康男性青少年进行的平板机运动直接测试结果,以最大吸氧量、最大氧脉搏和最大耐受时间为因变量,以同时测定的体格、心肺功能指标为自变量,利用多元分析探讨儿童最大有氧活动能力与发育水平的相互关系;据此建立的一系列多元回归公式可用于对该年龄段男性青少年的最大有氧活动能力作间接测定评价。
In this study, direct test results of 213 treadmill exercise tests were performed on 213 healthy male adolescents aged 10-19 years. The maximal oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen pulse and maximal tolerable time were used as the dependent variables. The physical, Independent variable to explore the relationship between children’s maximal aerobic activity and developmental level by using multivariate analysis. Based on this, a series of multiple regression formulas can be used to indirectly determine and evaluate the maximum aerobic capacity of male adolescents in this age group.
