河北省沧州市黄骅“62名科级干部被提前离岗”事件仍在调查中。据沧州市有关部门负责人介绍,目前,62名干部仍然在编在岗,但已离开现职,职务发生变动,即“离开现职,并不是离岗”。50岁出头的年纪,应该还可以称得上年富力强。如果在这样一个年龄终止职业生涯,不仅仅是个人才智的浪费,也是整个社会不小的损失,更不要说这一做法与《公务员法》事实上存在着抵触。因此,无论当地最终拿出什么样的调查结果,一次性清退62名科级公务员的做法都有失严谨。
