本研究目的是提高脑出血磁感应相移检测系统的灵敏度。采用基于特征频带磁感应相移谱的检测方法,对通过自体血注入法建立脑出血的13只家兔进行实验研究,获得了65组相移谱数据,然后根据特征频带下脑出血相移谱的特点设计用于判断脑出血严重程度的B-F分布图。结果显示特征频带内兔脑相位差随出血量增加而增大,出血量3mL时相位差可达-7.750 3°±1.420 4°;B-F分布图能有效地判别脑出血严重程度。本研究显示基于特征频带磁感应相移谱的检测方法将脑出血磁感应检测的灵敏度提高了一个数量级。
The purpose of this study is to increase the sensitivity of the magnetic induction phase shift detection system for ICH.
