眼球摘除术后,如未同时放置植入物以填补眼球所占眶内空间,安装义眼后,往往出现眼窝凹陷,影响美容。硅胶球、丙烯酸甲酯制作植入物手术中植入眶内可以矫正眼窝凹陷,但时有脱出,至使手术失败。我们对26例病人在安装植入物的同时,试用了自体或异体巩膜瓣盖在植入物表面,加固了结膜的屏障作用,随访6个月至19个月,平均11个月,无1例脱出,取得满意效果,现报告如下。手术对象和方法26例病人中,男16例,女10例,年龄最大52岁,最小6.5岁,平均28岁。其中角巩膜葡萄肿8例,眼球萎缩5例,绝对期青光眼4例,角膜穿孔1例,粘连性角膜白斑4例,眼内容炎3例,眼球摘除术后眼窝凹陷1例。
