波折开孔板是一种新型钢-混凝土组合梁的连接件,为研究设置有波折开孔钢板连接件的组合梁在静载作用下的受力性能,通过双排波折开孔钢板连接件的钢-混凝土组合梁模型的两点对称加载试验,探讨组合梁截面应变沿梁高的分布及跨中挠度随荷载变化的规律,分析混凝土板与钢梁交界面的界面特性及贯穿钢筋的受力情况、混凝土板的掀起作用等,对比同等条件下具有平板开孔板连接件的组合梁交界面相对滑移性能。结果表明:该组合梁具有良好的抗弯性能,截面应变符合平截面假定;波折开孔钢板连接件具有较高的抗剪能力和连接性能,混凝土与钢梁交界面相对滑移量小,研究结果为波折开孔板连接件在大型组合结构中的应用提供理论基础。
In order to study the force-bearing performance of the composite beams with corrugated perforated steel plate connections under static load, the perforated perforated plate is a kind of new-type steel-concrete composite beam connecting pieces. The results show that the composite beam has good flexural behavior and the cross-sectional strain conforms to the assumption of flat section. The corrugated perforated steel plate connector has high shear resistance and connection performance, and the relative slip between the concrete and the steel beam is small. The results provide a theoretical basis for the application of corrugated perforated plate connectors in large-scale composite structures.
