采用GC/MS及GC对痕量有机挥发性气体成分进行定性、定量分析是目前最有效、最广泛的一种分析手段。由于分析对象具有含量低、难捕集、易分解等特点,所以在应用这种方法时采样和进样技术,是分析能否成功的一个关键。本文报道的冷捕集不分流进样技术,是在Likens及K.R.Kim等人工作的基础上发展起来的,通过对云南烟草、咖啡、云南花茶、油菜花粉、桉叶、薄荷、青蒿、大蒜、生姜及桂皮等多种经济作物的香气和异味成分的分析研究,证明这种采样和进样方法,具有广泛的实用价值。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace organic volatile gas components using GC / MS and GC is by far the most effective and extensive means of analysis. Because of the low content of the analysis of the object, difficult to capture set, easy to decompose and so on, so the application of this method when sampling and injection technology, is a key to analysis of success. This paper reports the Cold Trapped Splitless Injecting technology, developed on the basis of the work of Likens and KRKim et al. Through the analysis of Yunnan tobacco, coffee, Yunnan camellia, rape pollen, eucalyptus, mint, Artemisia annua, garlic , Ginger and cinnamon and other economic crops aroma and odor components of the analysis and study to prove that this sampling and injection method has a wide range of practical value.
