用Gimelius银染法观察了扬子鳄小肠内的嗜银细胞,结果发现,存在于扬子鳄小肠绒毛和肠腺上皮内的嗜银细胞呈梭形、椭圆形和用体形等,细胞基底部有突起。在肠腺上皮内的嗜银细胞着色较浅,绒毛上皮内的着色深,绒毛顶部上皮内的着色最深。此外,在小肠固有层内,存在染色及形态特点与上皮嗜银细胞相同的细胞。故可认为低等脊椎动物扬子鳄不仅在小肠腺和小肠上皮内,而且在固有层内均含有内分泌细胞。
Ginkgo biloba was used to observe the argyrophilic cells in the small intestine of Alligator sinensis. The results showed that the argyrophilic cells present in the intestinal villi of the alligator sinensis and in the intestinal epithelium were fusiform, oval and so on. Argyrophil cells in the gut epithelium are lighter in color, darker in the villus epithelium, and darker in the epithelium on the top of the villi. In addition, in the lamina propria there are cells of the same staining and morphological characteristics as the argyrophilic cells of the epithelium. It can be considered lower vertebrate Alligator not only in the small intestine gland and intestinal epithelium, but also in the lamina propria containing endocrine cells.
