目的评价罗城仫佬族自治县实施卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强常规免疫合作项目的效果。方法在项目实施的初期(2006年)、中期(2008年)、终期(2010年)分别采用容量比例概率抽样法,分别以罗城20042、0062、008年1月1日至12月31日出生的儿童为调查对象,调查该年度出生儿童12月龄内免疫规划疫苗的接种情况,包括卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗(OPV)、麻疹疫苗(MV)、百白破联合疫苗(DPT)、乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)等,比较项目实施不同阶段的接种率和及时接种率。结果项目初期(2006年)、中期(2008年)和终期(2010年),分别调查218、140和217名儿童及其父母或监护人。项目终期调查对象的BCG、OPV3、DPT3、MV、HepB3接种率和四苗全程接种率分别为99.54%、100.00%、99.54%、100.00%、99.54%和99.54%,明显高于项目初期和中期调查时的接种率水平,免疫规划疫苗及时接种率也明显提高。免疫规划疫苗针对的传染病控制在很低水平,呈现逐年下降趋势。结论罗城仫佬族自治县实施卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强常规免疫合作项目取得了显著成效,有效地提高了项目地区的免疫规划疫苗接种率和免疫服务质量,规范了免疫规划服务形式。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Ministry of Health / UNICEF Strengthening Conventional Immunization Program in Gecheng Lao Autonomous County. Methods In the early stage (2006), middle stage (2008) and final stage (2010) of the project, volumetric proportional probability sampling method was adopted respectively. Infectious diseases targeted at immunization programs are controlled at very low levels, showing a declining trend year by year. Conclusion The achievements made by the Ministry of Health / UNICEF in strengthening routine immunization cooperation projects in Luocheng Gelao Autonomous County have achieved remarkable results, effectively raising the immunization program vaccination coverage and immunization service quality in the project areas and standardizing the immunization planning service forms.
