黑光灯可诱集有翅蚜虫,但由于蚜虫个体细弱,易受其它昆虫碰撞而损伤影响鉴别,一直未能受到重视。笔者曾于1975年5月19日傍晚在内蒙丰镇县铺路村一台高压杀虫灯下,观察到大量有翅麦长管蚜,以后在山西、朔县和内蒙丰镇又利用黑光灯诱蚜,并获得麦蚜远距离迁飞传布小麦黄矮病毒的重要证据。1987年山西,陕西,内蒙、甘肃、北京等地分别设置黑光灯诱蚜,以系统观察有翅麦蚜发生规律。本文主要报道北京本所一盏黑光灯下有翅麦长管蚜的消长情况。 一、黑光灯的设置与观察结果:20瓦黑光灯管(华东电子管厂生产)离地面2米,管下装有分虫漏斗,漏斗下设集虫箱。4月10日开灯,4月16日始见有翅麦长管蚜,6月8
