带状疱疹面瘫综合征(Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome 简称RHS)是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起,以面神经麻痹为特点伴耳翼疱疹,前庭迷路功能障碍的一种疾病.山东省千佛山医院自1992年至今共收治本病16例,现报道如下.1 临床资料16例病人,男11例,女5例,年龄19～68岁.春季发病5例,秋季发病7例,其他两季4例.病前有“感冒、受凉”史8例,劳累史3例.本组病例根据临床症状和体征分为单纯型RHS和非单纯型RHS(同时伴有其他颅神经和脊神经损害).单纯型RHS 12例,病人均有耳周疼痛、疱疹和同侧周围性面瘫.疱疹呈米粒大小,成簇分布于耳廓、外耳,4例累及鼓膜.12例单纯型RHS病人中,8例疱疹出现后2～6d发生同侧面瘫,2例与面瘫同时出现,2例分别出现于面瘫后第2和第5d;5例伴眩晕、耳鸣;4例出现短暂听力下降;表现气导和骨导时限缩短,韦伯试验偏向健耳;3例出现短暂的眼球震颤.4例非单纯型RHS病人,均有耳周疼痛和同侧周围性面瘫,1例伴有对侧周围性面瘫;1例出现耳周疱疹,2例出现三叉神经眼支分布区疱疹,1例表现为左下胸段带状疱疹,4例病人疱疹均发生于面瘫之前,未发现两条感觉神经分布区同时出现疱疹;眩晕和听力下降各2例;眼球震颤1例,眼外肌麻痹(Ⅲ、
Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome (RHS) is a disease caused by varicella-zoster virus infection characterized by facial paralysis accompanied by ear winged herpes, dysfunction of vestibular labyrinth.
