民营企业文化建设是民营企业内强素质、外树形象的有效途径;又是推动企业创新的无形力量。它还可以促进企业内部各个部门之间的关系协调、情况沟通和矛盾化解。因此,民营企业文化建设具有重要的现实意义,有着十分具体实在的丰富内涵。通过对民营企业文化建设过程中存在的问题,分析相关原因,得出民营企业文化建设的对策。
