目的观察前列地尔(PGE1)联合甲钴胺在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中的作用及效果。方法对我院83例糖尿病并发周围神经病变的患者进行临床分组治疗,观察组42例治疗药物上采用PGE1静脉滴注联合甲钴胺肌内注射,对照组41例治疗药物采用甲钴胺肌内注射。观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率以及治疗前后神经传导速度。结果观察组的治疗有效率88.10%,高于对照组的63.41%(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者神经传导速度均较治疗前有一定程度的改善,以观察组改善较为明显(P<0.01)。结论 PGE1联合甲钴胺能够有效治疗DPN,提高治疗有效率以及神经传导速度。
Objective To observe the effect and effect of prostaglandin (PGE1) combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 83 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were divided into groups. In the observation group, 42 cases were treated with intravenous infusion of PGE1 and mecobalamin. The control group received intramuscular injection. The clinical treatment efficiency and the nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was 88.10%, higher than that in control group (63.41%) (P <0.01). After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity in both groups was improved to a certain extent compared with that before treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious (P <0.01). Conclusion PGE1 combined with mecobalamin can effectively treat DPN, improve the treatment efficiency and nerve conduction velocity.
