工程结构减震控制体系有别于传统的抗震结构体系,前者通过调整建筑结构的动力特性的途径来减少结构在强风和地震中的振动反应,从而保护主体结构以及结构内部的人员和设备等不受损害;后者是通过加强结构自身的途径来提高结构的抗震性能,但常常以损耗结构自身为代价。因此,在许多情况下前者更安全和更经济。这是一种采用新概念、新机理的新结构体系和新的技术方法,现已日益受到国内、外结构工程界的重视。
The seismic damping control system of the engineering structure is different from the traditional seismic structure system. The former reduces the vibration response of the structure in strong winds and earthquakes by adjusting the dynamic characteristics of the building structure, thereby protecting the main structure and the personnel and equipment inside the structure. Damaged; the latter is to increase the seismic performance of the structure by strengthening the structure itself, but often at the expense of the structure itself. Therefore, the former is safer and more economical in many situations. This is a new structural system and new technology approach that adopts new concepts and new mechanisms. It has now been increasingly taken seriously by domestic and foreign structural engineering circles.
