以发动机为动力的内燃叉车,其排放的好坏取决于发动机的排放控制情况。介绍国际及中国非道路车辆排放标准状况,给出欧美非道路车辆用柴油机排放进程表和GB20891-2007标准中规定的非道路移动机械用柴油机排放污染物排放限值及执行日期。指出安装在叉车上的发动机也应满足发动机型式核准的特征:进气压力降不应超过已经型式核准的发动机规定的压力降;排气背压不应超过已经型式核准的发动机规定的背压。介绍目前国产叉车的达标现状。
Engine-powered internal combustion forklifts, the quality of which depends on the emission of the engine control emissions. The status of international and Chinese non-road vehicles emission standards is introduced. The emission limits of diesel engines for non-road vehicles in Europe and the United States as well as the emission limits and implementation dates of non-road mobile machinery diesel engines as stipulated in the GB20891-2007 standard are given. It was pointed out that engines mounted on forklifts should also meet the characteristics of engine type approval: the pressure drop of intake air pressure should not exceed the pressure drop specified by the type approval engine; the exhaust back pressure should not exceed the backpressure of the type approved engine. Introduction to the status quo of domestic forklift compliance.
