空气弹簧转向架在国外高速客车上的应用十分广泛,由于这种弹簧的特殊优点,使得车辆的运行性能比普通钢弹簧车辆的运行性能优越得多,因而,我国在发展高速客运列车时,空气弹簧转向架是首先考虑的几种转向架形式之一。目前国内外有多种空气弹簧转向架节流孔的设计计算方法,但各种方法差异较大。本文试图通过计算分析,找出以下三种常用计算方法的最佳方法,为我国正在设计的高速、准高速客车空气弹簧转向架提供参考。
Because of the special advantages of this kind of spring, the running performance of the vehicle is much superior to the running performance of the ordinary steel spring vehicle. Therefore, in the development of high-speed passenger train in our country, the air Spring bogies are one of the first types of bogies to consider. At present, there are a variety of design and calculation methods of throttle bores for air spring bogies at home and abroad, but the methods vary greatly. This paper attempts to find out the following three commonly used calculation methods of the best method by calculation and analysis, providing reference for the design of high-speed, quasi-high-speed passenger car air spring bogies in our country.
