本文对ISO齿轮精度标准中所规定的基节偏差与周节偏差的关系式进行了讨论与商榷。从机床运动关系分析得出:在展成链与分齿链合一的机床上加工齿轮,其基节偏差主要来自刀具,其周节偏差主要来自机床传动链误差与工件的安装误差;在展成链与分齿链分开的机床加工齿轮。其基节偏差主要来自砂轮、展成机构与分齿机构;其周节偏差主要来自分齿机构。本文澄清了国内外某些著作中关于基节偏差的工艺分析中的错误观点,补充了齿轮精度分析的内容。
In this paper, the relationship between the deviation of the base section and the deviation of the circumference specified in the ISO gear accuracy standard is discussed and discussed. According to the analysis of machine tool kinematics, the gear was machined on the machine tool which integrated the chain and the splitter chain. The deviation of the base section mainly came from the cutter. The deviation of the machine section was mainly due to the error of the machine chain and the installation error of the workpiece. Machine-processed gears in chains separated by splitter chains. The main section of the deviation from the grinding wheel, the development of institutions and sub-tooth agencies; the deviation of its main week from the sub-tooth agencies. This paper clarifies the erroneous viewpoints in the process analysis of the deviation of base section in some domestic and foreign books and complements the content of gear precision analysis.
