随着企业挖潜增效,要求石油加工催裂化装置吃更重的原料,使再生器工作温度增高,龟甲网因受热膨胀而损坏耐热耐磨衬里。为此,1982年我国研制出第一代无龟甲钢纤增强单层衬里材料。这是一种以大颗粒珍珠岩与煤灰为主要原料、以钒土水泥为胶结剂、外加增强钢纤的混合料。 1983年以来,我厂开始对新型衬里材料进行试验,筛选出较好的配方,并在再生器中进行耐磨性能试验。通过三个周期观察和取样试验证明,所用材料耐磨性能良好,强度能满足工艺要求,与传统衬里材料比较,有以下几个明显优点:
