本文采用正交实验法从广枣中提取了水溶性多糖,选择的实验影响因素为提取温度(A)、提取时间(B)、醇析时间(C)等三因素三水平的正交实验,并用苯酚—硫酸法测定了对应其提取条件的多糖含量.结果表明:提取温度对多糖提取的影响显著.提取条件为提取温度在75℃,提取时间为7 h,醇析36 h(A2B1C2)时各糖含量最高,其值为:43.95%,即广枣水溶液性多糖的最佳提取条件为A2B1C2.
In this paper, orthogonal experiment was used to extract water-soluble polysaccharides from Guangzao. The factors influencing the experiment were the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels, such as extraction temperature (A), extraction time (B) and alcoholysis time (C) The polysaccharide content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that extraction temperature had a significant effect on the extraction of polysaccharides.The extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature was 75 ℃, the extraction time was 7 h, the time was 36 h (A2B1C2) The highest content of each sugar, the value is: 43.95%, that is, the optimum conditions for the extraction of aqueous polysaccharides wide jujube A2B1C2.
