本文综合了有关离心雾化制粉法的主要文献。按离心力作用不同,对已知的机械设备进行分类,列举了十余种离心雾化装置。扼要地阐述了离心雾化的一些概念和理论,包括颗粒形成的机理,冷却效应及其作为定量描述的半经验公式。从这个方法的兴起和发展,从它的广泛性和局限性,以及与其他方法比较,现在和将来可能收到的效益,粉末颗粒的特有结构,来评价这种制粉方法在工业上的应用。
This article synthesizes the main literature on centrifugal atomization milling. Centrifugal force by the different role of the known classification of machinery and equipment, enumerated more than 10 kinds of centrifugal atomization device. Some concepts and theories of centrifugal atomization are briefly described, including the mechanism of particle formation, cooling effect and its semi-empirical formula as a quantitative description. The rise and development of this method, from its broadness and limitations, as well as its potential benefits received today and in the future, the peculiar structure of powder particles, to evaluate the industrial application of this milling method .
