听课调研时,总能听到教师们的抱怨:“辛辛苦苦设计的教学,为什么课后总感觉教学效果不尽如人意呢?”通过多次听课,我逐渐发现:部分教师要么单纯围绕教学设计进行教学设计,要么对教学目标认识不到位,要么进行教学设计时不充分考虑学情,而一味地模仿优质学案上课。针对以上问题,结合听评课以及参加教研活动的实践经验,笔者认为,在小学语文教学中,要想上一节比较满意的课,就要正确把握教学目标,紧紧围绕教学目标设计适合本班学情的教案。在确定教学目标时,具体要做到以下几点。
