Marriage, divorce system is an important part of marriage and family system. Due to the fact that the mainland and Hong Kong are under different social systems for a long time, there are also some differences in the system of marriage and divorce. On July 1, 1997, Hong Kong returned to the embrace of the motherland and became a special administrative region directly under the Central People’s Government of our country. According to the principle of “one country, two systems”, will the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region maintain its existing social economy?
